Episode Description

“Ep. #6 Outline Your Process for How You Create A Podcast, So You Can Do It Again for You Clients”

If I asked you to outline your process for producing a podcast, could you do it?

I don’t mean a generic outline, I mean a detailed list of what happens when, and what goes where?

If you can’t, then how can your clients rely on you to keep their show organized and consistent?

As a podcast producer, your process is very important. This is the actual product you are selling to other people – your process. If your process is solid, then your product is solid. If your process is incomplete, then your product will be as well. Ask yourself:

++Is it easy to follow?

++Is it something I can replicate from show to show?

++Will it help my client who knows next to nothing about podcasting?

In this episode, we talk about the importance of the process and getting it actually written down and outlined so that you can replicate it again and again and actually have something of value to sell.
