Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief of Marketing and Communications, Davia partners closely with executive leadership on and positioning, developing and deploying internal and external communications initiatives that increase awareness, drive growth, and attract talent. Leading a global team, she drives integrated public relations and marketing initiatives for Life’s Tough in an effort to elevate the organization’s profile in the press, at events, and through thought leadership.

Prior to Life’s Tough, Lilly led international marketing initiatives for Verison Communications, UPMC Center for Health Security, Evergreen health and Charles Street Research. As an advocate for women in the industry, Davia has served as a mentor for the AIGA board, iMentor, and has led director-level women’s development groups.
